Cycling or Scooting to School

Home » Parents » Cycling or Scooting to School
As part of our policy to encourage children to cycle or scoot to school we have a large bike and scooter rack on the playground, which means that they are secure during the school day.
Children who cycle or scoot to school do so at their own risk and parents should make sure:
  • the bike is road worthy
  • their child is a competent rider
  • wear a helmet
  • walk with their bike or scooter on the school premises
Children of all ages may ride their bike to school if accompanied by a parent.
Children are not permitted to ride bikes or scooters on the school grounds including the playgrounds.
